Responsibilities:

• Assist with ticket sales and guest services, ensuring smooth ticketing operations and answering fan inquiries.
• Manage merchandise booths, stocking inventory, and facilitating sales to create a positive shopping experience.
• Support concession stands, assisting with food and beverage service and maintaining cleanliness.
• Contribute to the ballpark set-up and breakdown, ensuring a ready and presentable environment for gameday.
• Participate in community engagement activities, representing the Rox at local events and promoting fan interaction.
• Perform other tasks as assigned, supporting the overall operations of the ballpark.
