- The applicants are not eligible for the lower EU/EEA tuition fees for other reasons.

- The applicants must have obtained a bachelor’s degree from outside Netherlands.
- The applicants must not previously obtained any academic degree in the Netherlands.
- Complete the official letter for the Al Majesty Program.
- The candidates can comply and abide by the conditions presented for obtaining an entry visa to the Netherlands.
- Able to comply with the conditions for obtaining an entry visa to the Netherlands.
