Project Development:

Time Commitment:
This is a full-time program (40 hours/week). While demanding, AFSE provides extensive support to help you succeed, including:

Eligibility:
- Indigenous or permanent resident of Australia, Aotearoa, or a Pacific Island nation.
- Mid-career with a strong social change background (undergraduate degree or 5-8 years’ experience).
- Committed to a non-residential program involving travel and study.
- Proficient in English.

- Compelling social change idea (doesn’t have to be fully formed).
- Proven ability to lead and collaborate.
- Commitment to lifelong learning and community engagement.
