They will assist in evaluating and selecting appropriate technology tools and platforms to address business needs, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.

Interns will also support the implementation and integration of technology solutions, ensuring a seamless deployment process and efficient user adoption. This hands-on experience will foster a deep understanding of project management principles, including planning, scheduling, and monitoring project progress. Additionally, interns will conduct research and analysis to identify emerging technologies and trends relevant to the telecommunications industry, contributing to the continuous innovation and improvement of T-Mobile’s technology solutions.

Qualification:

  • Candidates must be a minimum of 18 years old.
  • Candidates must possess legal authorization to work in the United States.
  • A High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • Candidates must either be currently enrolled in a degree program or have graduated within the past year.
  • Individuals currently employed by T-Mobile or Metro by T-Mobile are not eligible for internship positions.

  • Effective communication: Demonstrated ability to clearly and succinctly convey information to individuals or groups through verbal or written means, ensuring understanding of the message. Skilled in active listening and providing appropriate responses to others.
  • Technical support: Proficiency in comprehending both internal and external customer technologies and employing problem-resolution techniques. Capable of effectively communicating with customers, actively listening to symptom descriptions, analyzing problems, and providing constructive feedback for issue resolution.
  • Accountability: Dependable and trustworthy, consistently completing work assignments within designated areas of responsibility in a punctual manner. Exhibits the ability to exercise independent judgment and work with minimal supervision.
  • Adaptability: Maintains effectiveness and productivity when confronted with significant changes in work tasks or the work environment. Capable of adjusting seamlessly to new work structures, processes, requirements, or cultures.

Responsibilities:

      • Collaborate with the Technology Solution Manager (TSM) to provide technical guidance on small to medium-complexity initiatives.
      • Support the delivery of technology solutions by assisting higher-level TSMs in analysis, design, and project and product management.
      • Determine appropriate technical solutions for escalated production triage scenarios.
      • Assist in managing day-to-day business stakeholder relationships for cross-domain initiatives, ensuring alignment with established business outcomes.
      • Identify, analyze, and synthesize information to present it clearly and meaningfully, applying critical thinking skills.
      • Partner with multiple IT teams and business stakeholders to ensure clarity on assessment impacts within the scope of projects or initiatives related to the domain’s core systems.
      • Collaborate with subject matter experts from core systems across the organization to implement solutions.
      • Work independently as well as collaboratively, fostering effective teamwork.
      • Partner with the business to drive strategy, prioritization, approach, and goals of initiatives.
      • Assist senior-level TSMs in preparing high-level solution design presentations for leadership review.
      • Contribute to inception activities, including the breakdown of product requirements and definition of MVP (Minimum Viable Product) scope.
      • Collaborate with senior-level resources to define the technology strategy approach for initiatives and provide recommendations on scope delivery phasing and work streams. Additional Responsibilities:
      • Undertake other duties and projects as assigned by business management as needed.
