Education & Qualifications Requirements:
Education:
- Master’s degree in International Relations, Information Technology, Social Science.
- Have University degree in Business Administration, Economics, political science, social sciences and international relations.
Work Experiences:
- Experience in international organizations, public or private sectors.
- Work experience in in systems integration / implementation and related management and organizational change management initiatives.
- A working experience in systems integration / implementation and related management and organizational change management initiatives.
- Experienced in deployment project / preferably within the UN system or international public organization.
- Work Experience in the analysis / design development and testing of system configurations.
- Full-Knowledge of ERP or other complex business systems.
- Full-Knowledge of understanding of NGOs missions and goals.
Languages:
- Fluency in English language is Required (both oral and written).
- Have a Knowledge of another official UN language is desirable (French, Arabic, Chinese, Russian or Spanish) both oral and written.
Key Responsibilities Career:
- Building strong business relationship with all stakeholders with respect to applications within the AoR.
- Conducting business analysis and make recommendations on how systems and analytics can be used to improve its value.
- Coordinating business analysis and implementation of configuration proposals for systems within the AoR.
- Recommending and analyzing benchmarks within the AoR with those of comparable humanitarian organizations.
