Education & Qualifications Requirements:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in management / HR administration.
- Have University degree in political science / social sciences, public relations and international relations.
Work Experiences:
- Knowledge of UNHCR administrative procedures and processes and exposure to provision of support services in an international organization.
- Full-Knowledge of UNHCR field operational realities, especially in hardship duty stations.
- Work Experience of PeopleSoft/MSRP HR module, as well as with MSRP Financials and Focus.
- Have the ability to work under pressure to achieve multiple deadlines.
- Full-Knowledge of understanding of NGOs missions and goals.
Languages:
- Fluency in English language is Required (both oral and written).
- Have a Knowledge of another official UN language is desirable (French, Arabic, Chinese, Russian or Spanish) both oral and written.
Key Responsibilities Career:
- Providing input in the preparation of the annual operations programme review submissions.
