Education & Qualifications Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in management / Economics.
  • Have a University degree in political science / social sciences and international relations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in global public relations.

Work Experiences:

  • Full knowledge of UNHCR’s administrative rules and procedures.
  • Work Experience in completion of UNHCR learning programs or specific training relevant to functions of the position.
  • Have the ability to work under pressure to achieve multiple deadlines.
  • Full knowledge of understanding of NGOs’ missions and goals.
  • Full-Knowledge in public relations.

Languages:

  • Fluency in English language is Required (both oral and written).
  • Having a Knowledge of another official UN language is desirable (French, Arabic, Chinese, Russian, or Spanish) both oral and written.

Key Responsibilities Career:

  • Responsible for monitoring the day-to-day personnel and administrative operations of the office.
  • Responsible for supervising activities concerned with office and grounds maintenance, security, transport, and similar services.
