Qualifications:

• Passion for Sports: Possess a genuine interest in sports and a desire to learn about the sports marketing industry.
• Strong Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Effectively communicate with clients, sponsors, and event participants, fostering positive relationships.
• Organizational & Detail-Oriented: Manage multiple tasks simultaneously, meet deadlines, and ensure accuracy in all work.
• Creative & Proactive Thinker: Generate innovative ideas for marketing campaigns and event activations.
• Ability to Travel: Willing to travel within Alaska for various events and meetings (travel expenses covered).
• Basic computer literacy and social media experience preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with planning and execution of marketing campaigns for a variety of sporting events.
• Oversee social media sites, producing interesting material and connecting with fans.
• Coordinate logistics for event set-up, sponsorship activations, and participant engagement.
• Generate reports and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing initiatives.
• Assist with other marketing and event-related tasks as assigned.
