The program for the Allan Gray Orbis Fellowship is now accepting applications. The Fellowship Program seeks out young achievers who are about to enter college and who aspire to have a significant impact on their own life as well as the communities, cities, and nations in which they live. The Fellowship awardees get access to support and development programs designed to foster an entrepreneurial attitude, in addition to needs-based university funding.

Selecting Entrepreneurship As A Profitable Professional Route
By ensuring that by the end of the program, candidates will have developed a desire to create value through responsible entrepreneurship, see entrepreneurship as a viable career path, be able to take an idea and turn it into a viable opportunity, understand the value proposition of the Foundation and E2, and value the culture of community and collaboration. This is the main goal of the Fellowship Program, which aims to cultivate entrepreneurship in candidates. Moreover, the AGOF Online Campus serves as a distribution channel for its curriculum on developing an entrepreneurial attitude.

Expanding Our Knowledge of Entrepreneurship
Apart from receiving monetary and educational assistance, every applicant is assigned a Personal Development Officer who assists them in adapting to a novel setting; an Entrepreneurial Leadership Officer challenges them to demonstrate their entrepreneurial prowess; and an Industry Mentor who enhances their comprehension of entrepreneurial attributes and ideas in the practical domain.

Fellowship Application Requirements and Procedure for Grade 12 Students:

Procedure:

Send in your application form and any other supporting documents by mail or online by April 30, 2024, at 17:00 SAST.
Those that submit successful applications will be contacted for an interview in July 2024.
Those who make it through the interview process will be invited to a September 2024 selection camp.
Make sure you provide enough time to finish the application form before the closing date so that we can provide you with the finest support and customer care possible. We advise spending at least two days on it.

Campaign for the First Year at University:

Public applications for the 2024 first-year university campaign are now closed. First-year students with an entrepreneurial mindset who satisfy the Foundation’s initial qualifications given below may be nominated for application by any university.

First-year students only, though expanded degree programs are welcome.
must, following the first semester of 2023, have an academic average of 65%.
being 22 years old or older in 2024

Presently pursuing a degree in any of the following faculties:

Humanities and Arts
Science Law Commerce Engineering Health Science (not including Veterinary, Dental, and Medical Sciences)
