Education & Qualifications Requirements:

Education:

  • Master’s degree in business administration
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
  • University degree in political sciences / development economics.
  • Have University degree in public international relations.

Work Experiences:

  • Full experience in functions of finance or programme support.
  • Full work experience in UN rules and regulation concerning administration / finance, procurement.
  • Full experience in working with United Nations system.
  • Perfect Skill in drafting reports / communications / presentations, and gathering statistics.
  • Full Experience in Microsoft Office.

Languages:

  • Fluency in English language is Required (both oral and written).
  • Have a Knowledge of another official UN language is desirable (Germany ,French, Arabic, Chinese, Russian or Spanish) both oral and written.

Key Responsibilities Career:

  • Full skills in ensuring adequate and relevant documents to support the accounting transactions.
  • The ability for ensuring the accounting transactions are recorded in the appropriate chartfield.
  • Responsible for contributing to initiatives for workflow improvement and streamline financial processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Ability to develop reports, dashboards or other tools to effectively summarize findings and convey information to management.
  • Responsible for file and archive supporting work papers and documents.
