Education & Qualifications Requirements:
Academic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in natural sciences or environmental engineering, development studies & social sciences.
Professional Skills:
- Must have at least Four (4) years of relevant working experience in environmental water management or climate change adaptation.
- Have Experience in planning, implementation, or monitoring and reporting of national, and sectorial plans, and programs.
- Have experience with progress and financial reports of environmental climate change projects.
- Have adaptation goals, indicators, and metrics of adaptation at the local, national, or global level.
Languages Required:
- Must have English language.
- Must have Spanish language.
Competencies:
- Have the Ability to apply knowledge of various United Nations administrative, financial, and human resources rules and regulations in work situations.
- Have Communication skills that can Speak and write clearly and effectively, listen to others, correctly interpret messages from others, and respond appropriately.
- Have the ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team to achieve organizational goals and to take leadership when appropriate.
