Clark Associates, a dynamic company specializing in the restaurant industry, is seeking bright and motivated students to join our expanding Clark Pro team as Account Management/Business Development Interns. This paid internship offers valuable hands-on experience working closely with Account Managers and Sales team to contribute to partner relationships and account growth.
As an intern, you will support daily ordering needs, conduct market research, assist with marketing initiatives, facilitate user setup, and participate in various projects. This experience prepares you for a successful career in Account Management.
Flexible hours are available Monday through Friday, up to 40 hours per week, at our Lancaster, PA office. You’ll enjoy benefits such as on-site fitness center, campus lunches, a modern office environment, and a commercial test kitchen.
Please note this is an in-person internship at our Lancaster, PA headquarters, requiring travel.

Qualification:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge or experience with Google Analytics is desirable.

- Collaborate closely with account managers and sales team to address customer inquiries and undertake assigned projects.
- Aid in the development of quotes, order guides, and project lists.
- Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify potential prospects.
- Work in coordination with internal teams to resolve order and item-related issues.
- Facilitate the delivery of samples to customers.
- Assist in setting up new user accounts and ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
- Contribute to the creation of marketing and branding materials for client websites, such as banner ads, promotional campaigns, and customized themes, tailored to each brand’s unique identity.
- Generate weekly and monthly reports utilizing a combination of in-house platforms and Google Analytics, enabling customer analysis and identification of growth opportunities.
