Qualifications:

• Enthusiastic & Team Player: Possess a genuine passion for baseball, a positive attitude, and thrive in a collaborative environment.
• Organized & Detail-Oriented: Meticulously manage tasks, deadlines, and ensure efficient operations at concessions stands and other assigned areas.
• Strong Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Effectively interact with fans, staff, and vendors, fostering a welcoming and enjoyable experience.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Proactively anticipate challenges and find solutions independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, during the baseball season.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with setup, operation, and breakdown of concessions stands, ensuring cleanliness, inventory management, and quality service.
• Interact with fans, provide information, and address concerns, creating a positive and memorable experience.
• Maintain accurate records of sales and transactions, adhering to cash handling procedures.
• Assist with event logistics, such as setting up promotional booths and managing crowd flow.
• Contribute to other operational tasks as assigned by the Ballpark Operations team.
