Qualifications:

• Passion for Photography: Possess a genuine love for the art of photography and a desire to learn and grow.
• Strong Photo Skills: Proficient in using a DSLR camera, manipulating aperture, shutter speed, and ISO settings.
• Basic Photo Editing Skills: Familiarity with software like Adobe Photoshop or Lightroom preferred.
• Creative & Observant Eye: Keen ability to capture unique angles, emotions, and action on the field and around the ballpark.
• Organized & Detail-Oriented: Meet deadlines, ensure image quality, and maintain organized digital files.
• Positive & Team Player: Thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

• Capture high-quality photos of game action, player portraits, behind-the-scenes moments, and fan engagement.
• Edit and process photos according to team style guidelines and deadlines.
• Assist with uploading photos to social media platforms, website, and other marketing materials.
• Generate creative content for social media engagement, such as stories and reels.
• Participate in promotional events and photo booths, interacting with fans and capturing candid moments.
• Assist staff photographer with additional tasks as needed.
