Qualifications:

• Passionate Baseball Fan: Possess a genuine enthusiasm for the game and the Lake County Captains organization.
• Videography Skills: Proficient in operating video cameras and audio equipment, with basic editing software knowledge (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.) a plus.
• Creative Eye & Storyteller: Able to capture compelling visuals and translate gameday moments into engaging video content.
• Team Player & Collaborative: Thrive in a fast-paced environment, effectively communicating and working alongside diverse colleagues.
• Quick Learner & Adaptable: Eager to learn new techniques and adjust to dynamic gameday situations and project requirements.
• Detail-oriented & Organized: Meticulous in capturing footage, adhering to deadlines, and following brand guidelines.

Responsibilities:

• Film game highlights, player interviews, promotional content, and behind-the-scenes moments.
• Edit and create engaging video packages for social media, website, and other platforms.
• Contribute to developing and executing creative video concepts under the guidance of experienced staff.
• Assist with operating audio equipment and ensuring smooth workflow during gameday productions.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide creative input for video content.
• Perform other tasks as assigned, supporting the overall goals of the Media Relations department.
