Qualifications:

• Passionate Baseball Fan: Possess a genuine enthusiasm for the game and the Bowling Green Hot Rods organization.
• Video Production Skills: Proficient in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.) and basic cinematography techniques.
• Creative & Storyteller: Possess a strong eye for visuals, storytelling ability, and the ability to translate ideas into engaging content.
• Team Player: Thrive in a collaborative environment, effectively communicating ideas and seeking feedback.
• Quick Learner & Adaptable: Eager to learn new skills and adjust to different project requirements and gameday situations.
• Organized & Detail-Oriented: Meticulous in editing, meeting deadlines, and adhering to brand guidelines.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with filming gameday highlights, player interviews, and promotional content.
• Edit and create engaging video packages for social media, websites, and other platforms.
• Contribute to developing and executing creative video concepts for various projects.
• Assist with operating cameras, audio equipment, and other video production tools.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide creative input for video content.
• Perform other tasks as assigned, supporting the overall goals of the Video Production department.
