• Passionate Baseball Fan: Possess a genuine love for the game and understanding of baseball rules and strategies.
• Engaging & Charismatic: Demonstrate a dynamic stage presence, strong public speaking skills, and the ability to connect with audiences of all ages.
• Creative & Energetic: Develop engaging scripts, activities, and promotions to keep fans entertained and involved throughout the game.
• Organized & Detail-Oriented: Meticulous with script preparation, ensuring smooth transitions and adherence to event schedules.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the On-Field Master of Ceremonies for all 36 Rafters home games, introducing players, performers, and special guests.
• Lead crowd engagement activities, contests, and promotions, ensuring enthusiastic participation and maintaining a lively atmosphere.
• Conduct on-field interviews with players, coaches, and fans, adding humor and building excitement.
• Manage pre-game and post-game ceremonies, creating memorable moments for players and fans alike.
• Assist with other marketing and promotional activities as assigned, contributing to the overall fan experience.
