Education & Qualifications Requirements:

Education:

  • Master’s degree in health/ public health.
  • Bachelor’s degree in epidemiology and child development
  • University degree in political sciences / development economics.
  • Have University degree in public international relations and social sciences..

Work Experiences:

  • Full experience in familiarity with home visiting interventions in Europe and Central Asia Region.
  • Full work experience in public health systems.
  • Full experience in working with United Nations system.
  • Work Experience in conducting systematic reviews of the medical or public health literature.
  • Full Experience in managing and analyzing a wide range of public health data.

Languages:

  • Fluency in English language is Required (both oral and written).

Key Responsibilities Career:

  • Responsible for providing inputs to the Maturity Model for regional home visiting program in consultation with UNICEF.
  • Responsible for providing inputs to the assessment methodology that will include data collection and management process and tools.
  • Responsible for participating in the testing of the Maturity model in one country and based on the observations suggest revisions to the Maturity model.
  • Responsible for analysis of data collected across 4 countries and development of a report with all findings.
  • Responsible for developing short / glossy document presenting the regional picture.
