Education & Qualifications Requirements:
Education:
- Master’s degree in Finance and Banking.
- Master’s degree in social sciences.
- University degree in Business administration / Economic.
Work Experiences:
- Work Experience in the field of development finance, banking, microfinance.
- Work Experience in conducting market research and feasibility studies.
- Experience in financial and analytical skills and proficiency in assessing financial products and services targeting SMEs.
- Experience in emerging markets or developing countries in roles involving financial inclusion and SME development.
- Work Experience in working with government institutions and international or non-governmental organizations supporting gender.
Languages:
- Fluency in English language is Required (both oral and written).
- Have a Knowledge of another official UN language is desirable (French, Arabic, Chinese, Russian or Spanish) both oral and written.
Key Responsibilities Career:
- Responsible for reviewing of project documents / relevant literature / reports and databases.
- Responsible for designing a clear framework for mapping including various parameters.
- Responsible for identifying key stakeholders and financial institutions.
- Responsible for conducting the mapping assessment and collect data and information on existing financial services.
- Responsible for elaborating a PowerPoint presentation on results and recommendations targeting the projects main stakeholders.
