Education & Qualifications Requirements:

Education:

  • Have a University degree in social sciences.
  • Have a University degree in international relations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in political sciences.
  • Have a University degree in public relations.

Work Experiences:

  • Professional experience in working in human rights / political affairs.
  • Professional experience in international relations & law.
  • Perfect experience in human rights.
  • Experience in international criminal law investigations.
  •  Good ability to conceptualize ideas and advocate consensus.
  • Good in Presentation skills.
  • Have the ability to work under pressure to achieve multiple deadlines.
  • Full Knowledge of understanding of NGOs’ missions and goals.
  • Knowledge of international public relations.

Languages:

  • Fluency in English language is Required (both oral and written).
  • Knowing another official UN language is desirable (French, Arabic, Chinese, Russian or Spanish) both oral and written.

Key Responsibilities Career:

  • Responsible for planning and coordinating activities related to the mandate of the Special Rapporteur on the situation of human rights.
  • Responsible for conducting substantive research and analysis of human rights issues.
  • Responsible for conducting investigations about human rights.
  • Responsible for ensuring human rights issues, including their gender equality dimensions considerations.
  • Responsible for writing different reports/communications/briefing statements.
