Education & Qualifications Requirements:
Education:
- Have a University degree in management.
- Have a University degree in political science/social sciences and international relations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Project management.
- Have a University degree in public relations.
Work Experiences:
- Work experience in project management for international organizations.
- Perfect skills in the development and implementation of communication, media products/ plans and tactics.
- UNHCR Protection Learning Programme Certificate.
- UNHCR Operations Management Learning Programme Certificate.
- Have the ability to work under pressure to achieve multiple deadlines.
- Full knowledge of NGO’s missions and goals.
- Knowledge in public health.
Languages:
- Fluency in English language is Required (both oral and written).
- Having a Knowledge of another official UN language is desirable (French, Arabic, Chinese, Russian or Spanish) both oral and written.
Key Responsibilities Career:
- Responsible for assessing the needs of persons of concern in the AoR and formulating project submissions in collaboration with district authorities and implementing partners
- Responsible for promoting and monitoring the implementation of assistance projects.
- Responsible for keeping track of cases of detention; and registering applicants for voluntary repatriation and family reunion.
- Responsible for negotiating with local authority counterparts, partners, and populations of concern.
