Education & Qualifications Requirements:

Education:

  • Have a University degree in management.
  • Have a University degree in political science/social sciences and international relations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Project management.
  • Have a University degree in public relations.

Work Experiences:

  • Work experience in project management for international organizations.
  • Perfect skills in the development and implementation of communication, media products/ plans, and tactics.
  • UNHCR Protection Learning Programme Certificate.
  • UNHCR Operations Management Learning Programme Certificate.
  • Have the ability to work under pressure to achieve multiple deadlines.
  • Full knowledge of understanding of NGOs’ missions and goals.
  • Knowledge in public health.

Languages:

  • Fluency in English language is Required (both oral and written).
  • Having a Knowledge of another official UN language is desirable (French, Arabic, Chinese, Russian, or Spanish) both oral and written.

Key Responsibilities Career:

  • Responsible for assessing the needs of persons of concern in the AoR and formulating project submissions in collaboration with district authorities and implementing partners
  • Responsible for promoting and monitoring the implementation of assistance projects.
  • Responsible for keeping track of cases of detention; and registering applicants for voluntary repatriation and family reunion.
  • Responsible for negotiating with local authority counterparts, partners, and populations of concern.
