Education & Qualifications Requirements:
Education:
- A university degree in computer science, information systems, mathematics, statistics, public relations .
Work Experiences:
- Work Experience in planning and design computer systems.
- A Working Experience in development / implementation of computer systems.
- Experience in maintenance of computer information systems.
- Perfect Experience in client relation management.
- Full-Knowledge of understanding of NGOs missions and goals.
- Full-Knowledge in public relations.
Languages:
- Fluency in English language is Required (both oral and written).
- Have a Knowledge of another official UN language is desirable (French, Arabic, Chinese, Russian or Spanish) both oral and written.
Key Responsibilities Career:
- Managing the relationship with clients including establishing and monitoring contractual agreements.
- Conducting business reviews to ensure clients are satisfied with existing projects.
- Managing projects involving feasibility studies and systems analysis.
- Designing and developing and implementation of complex systems.
- Developing detailed system and other functional specifications and user documentation for major systems.
- Organizing and performing unit and integrated testing.
