Education & Qualifications Requirements:
Education:
- Master’s degree in social science, business administration, project management, economics, public administration, management, public international relations
Work Experiences:
- Full experience in project management or programme management (5 years minimum).
- Professional Experience in the coordination of environmental management programmes.
- Full work experience in using data to advance decisions, strategies and execution.
- Full experience in working with United Nations system.
- Perfect Skill providing policy advice or technical cooperation services to government authorities at regional or international levels.
Languages:
- Fluency in English language is Required (both oral and written).
- Have a Knowledge of another official UN language is desirable (Germany ,French, Arabic, Chinese, Russian or Spanish) both oral and written.
Key Responsibilities Career:
- Full skill in coordination and implementation of the OzonAction Compliance Assistance Programme “CAP” in Francophone.
- The ability for Ensuring the necessary coordination with other international, regional and national organizations in the region.
- Ability to develop reports, dashboards or other tools to effectively summarize findings and convey information to management.
- Responsible for Ensuring dialogue and cooperation among Governments of the region.
