Education & Qualifications Requirements:

Education:

  • Have a university degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Economics, Political Sciences, Social Sciences, Human rights, Partnership Management.

Work Experiences:

  • Experience in Procurement in UNICEF.
  • Working experience in planning / monitoring and evaluation management.
  • Professional experience in managing datasets with large amount of data and in producing data analysis.
  • Full-Understanding in training and capacity development / especially in Health Information Management.
  • Understanding of NGOs missions and goals.
  • Full-Knowledge in public health.

Languages:

  • Fluency in English language is Required (both oral and written).
  • Have a Knowledge of another official UN language is desirable (French, Arabic, Chinese, Russian or Spanish) both oral and written.

Key Responsibilities Career:

  • Collaborating with internal and external partners to establish monitoring benchmarks, performance indicators as per the projects.
  • Providing technical guidance and operational support to government counterparts, Project Management Unit “PMU”, implementing partners.
  • Developing protocols for evaluation of project implementation / support collection and compilation of data, analyze and disseminate evaluation results for use by all stakeholders.
  • Contributing to the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure optimum efficiency and efficacy of sustainable programmes and projects.
  • Building and sustaining effective close working partnerships with health sector government counterparts
