The Project Engineer 2024 Summer Intern will have the opportunity to provide support to existing project teams and gain invaluable experience by assisting with various project-related tasks. Collaboration with Project Leads, Scrum Masters, developers, testers, and fellow interns will be a key aspect of the role, contributing to the ongoing success of projects.

Citizenship Requirement:

Applicants must be US Citizens, as government security clearance will be necessary. This position is based at a facility with special access requirements.

Basic Qualifications:

– Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Business or an Engineering field.
– Ability to obtain a security clearance during employment.

Desired Skills:

– Relevant coursework in System Engineering, System Integration, or Business Analysis.
– Familiarity with collaboration tools like JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Teams
– Basic software coding skills (e.g., Python, SQL).
– Experience in Project Management or Project Leadership.
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
– Analytical thinking, project management, and problem-solving abilities.
– Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment and produce high-quality work products.
– Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Project, and Outlook).
