This internship opportunity is within the Client Marketing team, which operates on four key pillars: Client Relation, Client Services, Client Insights, and Client Marketing Data & Knowledge.

As an International Client Data Analyst Intern, you will play a pivotal role in the Client Marketing Data & Knowledge team, working alongside the International Senior Client Data Analyst. This internship aims to contribute to the development of Cartier’s Client Knowledge strategy by creating and consolidating data intelligence tools.

Responsibilities:

As an International Client Data Analyst Intern, your primary responsibilities will include:

Updating and enhancing the annual Client Profiling analysis:

  • Translating the business requirements of Market Client teams into comprehensive and actionable reporting content.
  • Mastering tools like Power BI or Looker to develop detailed client analysis and dashboards.
  • Utilizing data visualization skills to create impactful visual representations of data.
  • Ensuring the data quality of provided information through thorough checks.
  • Contributing to the consolidation of analysis and acting as a project manager to ensure timely delivery (planning, follow-up, coordination).

Leveraging the Client Profiling analysis and supporting the Client Community:

  • Designing strategic presentations by structuring actionable insights in a clear and audience-appropriate manner.
  • Facilitating the integration of the study with the Looker reporting platform, drawing parallels between both tools.
  • Conducting ad-hoc client studies to address specific business queries.
  • Training and assisting users in extracting valuable insights from the reports.

Success Criteria:

To excel in this internship, the following qualifications are essential:

  • Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Computer Sciences, Computer Engineering, or a related field from a generalist Engineering/Business school, with a specialization in data.
  • Possessing an analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and a flair for creativity.
  • Prior experience with SQL and familiarity with data visualization tools, such as Power BI and/or Looker (preferred).
  • Demonstrating organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective prioritization abilities.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
  • Displaying a serious and proactive attitude, along with a genuine appreciation for the luxury industry.
  • Fluent in both written and spoken French and English.
  • Proficient with the Office package, including Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.
