In this role, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our customers and service technicians.
- You’ll be the first point of contact for both Crown customers and technicians, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
- You’ll dispatch technicians to customer locations, ensuring timely service and resolution.
- You’ll manage technician payroll hours and process parts and service billing, keeping our operations running smoothly.
- You’ll create daily work orders and maintain accurate records, providing a clear picture of ongoing projects.
- You’ll be a team player, assisting other departments as needed to ensure customer satisfaction.
To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
