- Ability to learn quickly, adapt to new situations, and work independently while following established procedures
Responsibilities
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, file management, and onboarding new hires (may vary by location)
- Support the recruitment process by screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communication
- Contribute to HR projects such as creating or updating employee handbooks or maintaining company databases
- Assist with employee relations activities and help maintain a positive work environment.
- Learn about various HR functions, including benefits administration, compensation, and training.
