Technical Training Data Analyst Intern

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Data Analytics, Information Technology, Instructional Design, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data manipulation and interpretation.
• Experience with data analysis tools like Excel and familiarity with SQL is a plus.
• Understanding of basic machine learning concepts and algorithms is beneficial.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with subject matter experts and training developers.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze data related to learner performance and training effectiveness.
• Identify trends and patterns to inform the development of targeted and efficient training programs.
• Assist in creating and maintaining training data repositories for easy access and analysis.
