Qualifications

• Enrolled in an Associate’s degree program in Water Technology, Environmental Science, or a related technical field (or equivalent coursework).
• Strong interest in learning about water treatment and industrial waste management processes.
• Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety protocols in a manufacturing environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist technicians with routine maintenance tasks on water treatment and industrial waste systems.
• Collect and analyze water samples to ensure water quality meets regulatory standards.
• Learn about waste minimization and proper disposal procedures.
• Contribute to data collection and reporting on water and waste management activities.
• May assist with minor repairs or equipment calibrations.
