- Interest in healthcare administration and leadership.
Responsibilities
- Assist nurse administrators with various departmental tasks.
- Research and compile data for administrative projects.
- Prepare presentations and reports.
- Participate in meetings and observe administrative decision-making processes.
- Learn about healthcare regulations and compliance.
- May assist with staff development and training initiatives (depending on the department).

Education/Training
• Nursing student currently enrolled in an accredited nursing program at a college or university.
• Must have completed a minimum of one semester of nursing clinical rotations.
• Proof of continued enrollment in accredited pre-licensure, professional nursing program with no break in enrollment to exceed one year.
Licensure/Certification
Maintains current BLS/Healthcare provider certification.
