Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an accredited accounting program (bachelor’s degree preferred)
• Strong understanding of accounting principles (e.g., debits, credits, general ledger)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word)
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Responsibilities

• Assist with accounts payable and receivable functions
• Data entry and bookkeeping tasks
• Prepare bank reconciliations and general ledger entries
• Assist with month-end closing procedures .
• Create and maintain spreadsheets for financial analysis
• Other accounting-related duties as assigned
