Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program in architecture, interior design, or a related field
• Strong research and information-gathering skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to learn new software and databases quickly
• A passion for design and a keen eye for detail

Responsibilities

• Assist Gensler staff with research requests on various design projects
• Manage and maintain the firm’s resource library.
• Conduct literature searches and compile relevant information
• Prepare presentations and reports for internal use
• Stay current on design trends and industry publications
• May assist with digitizing and organizing physical library resources
