Responsibilities:

• Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda on various legal issues relevant to Johnson & Johnson’s business.
• Assist attorneys with drafting and reviewing contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
• Attend client meetings, depositions, and court hearings (as applicable).
• Participate in due diligence projects and other legal matters.
• Maintain and update legal databases and files.
• Prepare presentations and reports summarizing legal research and findings.
