Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in Human Resources, Learning & Development, Education, English, or a related field at an accredited college or university.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design models.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on clarity and conciseness.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications and Learning Management Systems (LMS) a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks effectively.
• A genuine interest in the aviation industry (a plus).

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and delivering engaging training programs for airport employees.
• Conduct research and identify training needs across various airport departments.
• Contribute to the creation of eLearning modules and other training materials.
• Support with the implementation and evaluation of training programs.
• Stay up-to-date on industry best practices in Learning and Development.
