Education & Qualifications Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field with a strong interest in data science, GIS, and analytics.
- Applied knowledge of GIS and programming for data is desirable.
- Experience with GIS packages such as QGIS, ArcGIS, and using GIS data in Python, R, or similar is advantageous.
Work Experiences
- Contribute to the development and updating of the MEAL country strategy, work plan, and framework for ongoing projects.
- Implement MEAL policies and procedures as outlined in ACTED’s standard technical guides.
- Supervise data collection and ensure effective deployment of MEAL collection and reporting systems.
- Conduct surveys, monitoring, and evaluations.
- Develop analytical tools and data dissemination plans.
