Singapore-ICAO Training Opportunities for Developing Nations

Since its inception in 2001, the Singapore Government and ICAO have collaborated to offer the Developing Countries Training Programme (DCTP), renewed until March 2025. The initiative aims to enhance global aviation standards by providing specialized training at the Singapore Aviation Academy (SAA).
