Qualifications

• Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) (a plus)
• Experience with enterprise applications (e.g., ERP, CRM) (a plus)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies

Responsibilities

• Assist project managers with various tasks related to IT projects
• Participate in project planning, scheduling, and tracking activities
• Contribute to user acceptance testing (UAT) of new enterprise applications
• Support data migration and system implementation processes (as applicable)
• Conduct research and prepare documentation on IT processes and technologies
