Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (sophomores or juniors preferred)
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• A positive attitude and a willingness to learn

Responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment efforts, including screening resumes and scheduling interviews (may vary by internship)
• Support the onboarding process for new hires (may vary by internship)
• Assist with maintaining employee files and records
• Prepare and process HR paperwork (may vary by internship)
• Contribute to HR projects and initiatives (may vary by internship)
• Answer employee questions and provide basic HR support
