Job Details:

– Support the implementation of the energy transition and territorial peace-building project
– Strengthen the capacities of prioritized community organizations in various areas
– Support the establishment, legalization, and operation of ESPEPC (community energy service companies)
– Assist in the structuring of relevant energy projects for the community
– Monthly reporting on activities, progress, achievements, and challenges

Education & Qualifications Requirements:
– Professional degree in law or jurisprudence
– Specialization in commercial law, administrative law, or related fields
– Minimum of five years of experience in company creation or restructuring, management with chambers of commerce, board of directors support, and drafting of bylaws
– Knowledge of energy and environmental regulations is desirable

Work Experiences:
– Experience in the energy, environmental, public service companies, or Colombian internal armed conflict sectors is valued

Languages:

– Fluent in Spanish (written and spoken)

Key Responsibilities:

– Develop a work plan aligned with project activities and guidelines
– Assist in the formalization and restructuring of public service companies
– Provide technical inputs for creating tools and legal documents
– Identify and document legal processes for ESPEC (community energy service company) establishment and restructuring
– Prepare checklists, model bylaws, and meeting documents for ESPECs
– Support the implementation of training programs and adjustment of energy projects
– Conduct field visits and coordinate with local teams for capacity strengthening and formalization processes
