Responsibilities

• Assist the IDEA team with research projects and data analysis initiatives related to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of internal programs and resources that promote an inclusive work environment.
• Support with communication efforts to raise awareness about IDEA initiatives among lululemon employees.
• Assist with administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the IDEA team.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and offer creative solutions to support the IDEA team’s goals (as comfortable).
