Education & Qualifications Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology.
  • Understanding of Economics, Statistics.
  • Understanding of Social Science.

Work Experiences:

  • Work experience in registration, operational data management, and individual case management.
  • Understanding of SQL or Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
  • Experience in World Bank data standards and procedures.
  • World Bank Operations Management Learning Programme Certificate.
  • Experience in registration or individual case management.
  • Full-Knowledge of understanding of NGO missions and goals.

Languages:

  • Fluency in the English language is Required (both oral and written).

Key Responsibilities Career:

  • Responsible for managing the use, maintenance, and technical support of core operational data applications.
  • Responsible for performing database administrator functions about local field server machines that contain operational data.
  • Responsible for identifying diagnose and escalating the resolution of technical user errors.
  • Responsible for monitoring user management and conducting regular clean-up of user accounts and access permissions in accordance.
