Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in legal studies, pre-law, or a related field (minimum sophomore year preferred for internships, full-time enrollment for co-ops)
• Strong academic performance with a focus on legal coursework (e.g., contracts, property law)
• Excellent research and writing skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel are essential)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Assist senior legal professionals with various legal tasks, including contract review, legal research, and regulatory compliance.
• Gain exposure to different areas of law relevant to the construction industry, such as contracts, construction law, and real estate.
• Participate in the preparation of legal documents and correspondence (as appropriate).
• Conduct legal research on specific topics and prepare concise summaries (as applicable).
