Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in 3D animation, game art, digital media, or a related field (minimum sophomore year preferred)
- Strong portfolio showcasing your 3D modeling, texturing, and (ideally) animation skills
- Proficiency in industry-standard 3D modeling software (Maya, 3ds Max, Blender) and texturing software (Substance Painter, Photoshop)
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating visually appealing and functional 3D assets
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Create high-quality 3D models, textures, and animations based on concept art and project specifications.
- Assist senior artists with various tasks throughout the 3D art pipeline, from concept to final asset.
- Gain exposure to different 3D art applications and techniques used in professional environments.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to enhance project visuals.
