Education & Qualifications Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.
• Bachelor’s degree in Project management.
• University degree in public relations.

Work Experiences:

• Work Experience in Service Management and Support.
• Work Experience in IT Business Administration, Inventory, and Supply Management.
• Experience in United Nations public procurement rules and regulations.
• Have the ability to work under pressure to achieve multiple deadlines.
• Full-Knowledge of understanding of NGO missions and goals.
• Knowledge of public relations.

Languages:

• Fluency in the English language is Required (both oral and written).

Key Responsibilities Career:

• Responsible for providing 1st-level FTS support on Information Communication Technology-related material requests.
• Responsible for providing basic technical support to the ERP System.
• Responsible for assisting in the preparation of presentation materials using appropriate technology.
• Responsible for providing basic online and on-site assistance to problems related to the use of IT Equipment.
• Responsible for providing input to statements of works, and requirements.
