Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program (any major, with preference for accounting, finance, or business administration).

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Process invoices, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Conduct research and resolve discrepancies in vendor invoices.
• Maintain accurate records and accounts payable data.
• Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes (responsibilities may vary).
• Interact with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors and suppliers.
