Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program (any major).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• A genuine interest in product development and a desire to learn.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks effectively, and meet deadlines.
• Experience with project management methodologies (a plus).

Responsibilities:

• Participate in rotations through various product and project management teams, experiencing different stages of the product lifecycle.
• Assist with research, data analysis, and competitor analysis to inform product strategy.
• Support product managers with project planning, execution, and monitoring.
• Conduct user research and gather feedback to improve product usability.
• Develop and present product documentation and reports.
• Participate in departmental meetings and training sessions.
