Qualifications:
- Actively pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in business administration, education, or a related field.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Demonstrated interest in higher education and student success (a plus).
- Experience working in a team environment and contributing to project management (a plus).
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the planning, development, and implementation of experiential learning programs.
- Conduct research and analyze data to inform program development and evaluation.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.
- Support the communication and promotion of experiential learning opportunities to students and faculty.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners involved in experiential learning initiatives.
- Participate in departmental meetings and training opportunities.
