Qualifications:

• Actively pursuing an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, business, or a related field (preferred).
• Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in social media platforms and content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Demonstrated interest in internal communications and employee engagement (a plus).

Responsibilities:

• Develop and edit engaging content for various internal communication channels, including the MSUFCU website, newsletters, employee app, and social media platforms.
• Conduct research and gather information to support effective communication initiatives.
• Assist with employee engagement activities and events.
• Manage and maintain internal communication platforms, ensuring consistent messaging and branding.
• Analyze communication efforts and provide insights for continuous improvement.
• Participate in departmental meetings and training opportunities.
